Greenix Pest Control Terms and Conditions

Effective June 2, 2026 · Version 2026-06-02

These terms explain what you can expect from Greenix and what Greenix needs from you to safely provide pest control services. They are written for standard consumer checkout bookings and are intended to serve as the service authorization for your booking.

1. Service authorization

By booking service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to request pest control service at the property address provided.

You authorize Greenix, its employees, technicians, and authorized service providers to enter the service areas you make available for inspection, treatment, follow-up, and related pest control work.

2. Service scope and treatment conditions

Greenix will provide the pest control service, plan, or one-time treatment selected during checkout. Service details may vary based on property conditions, pest activity, safety requirements, weather, access, label directions, and applicable law.

Pest control results depend on factors outside Greenix's control, including sanitation, structural conditions, neighboring properties, weather, customer preparation, and ongoing pest pressure. Unless a specific written guarantee applies, Greenix does not promise complete elimination of every pest in every circumstance.

3. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, pest, and payment information. You also agree to follow reasonable preparation, safety, pet, child, access, and post-treatment instructions provided by Greenix.

You are responsible for identifying sensitive areas, locked gates, animals, water features, ponds, gardens, medical concerns, allergies, or other conditions that may affect service before treatment begins.

4. Payment and recurring service

You authorize Greenix and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.

For recurring plans, you authorize Greenix to charge the recurring amount shown at checkout for ongoing service until the plan is canceled according to these terms. The initial payment reserves service and may be collected before or at the initial visit, as shown in checkout.

5. Scheduling, access, and route availability

Appointment dates and windows are based on route availability and may need to be confirmed or adjusted by Greenix. If service cannot be completed because access is unavailable, a gate is locked, pets are unsecured, required preparation is incomplete, or conditions are unsafe, Greenix may reschedule the visit.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact Greenix as soon as possible. Repeated missed appointments, unsafe conditions, or lack of access may affect service availability.

6. Cancellation and changes

You may request cancellation or changes by contacting Greenix. Cancellation timing, refund eligibility, and any applicable service charges may depend on the service type, work already performed, products used, discounts applied, and applicable law.

If a promotional price, partner offer, or discount is applied, Greenix may adjust future pricing if eligibility changes or the plan is modified.

7. Communications

Greenix may contact you by phone, email, or text for transactional service purposes, including scheduling, route updates, reminders, payment issues, account notices, and service follow-up. Marketing messages are governed by the separate consent choices shown in the booking flow.

You agree that electronic records, checkbox acceptance, payment submission, and related logs may be used to show your acceptance of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Greenix's total liability for a service claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Terms, privacy, and updates

Your use of Greenix services is also subject to the Greenix Privacy Policy. Greenix may update these terms from time to time. The version accepted during checkout is recorded with your booking session.

These terms are intended to replace a separate online service contract for standard checkout bookings unless Greenix separately provides a written agreement for a specific service, commercial account, or custom scope.

This page is operational terms content for checkout acceptance. Greenix should have counsel review final legal language before relying on it as the only agreement for all service types or jurisdictions.
